My wife made amazing steak tacos last night. Breakfast was left over steak with fried eggs and cheddar cheese. Muh belly is happy!

Coffee.
While I really like breakfast food, I’ve never been much of a breakfast person. I usually just eat lunch and dinner.

Whatever works for you.
My wife made the breakfast, but lately if she eats before about 10am, she feels sick to her stomach, so she usually just has a handful of almonds.

I typically eat one meal a day (usually a slightly early dinner, though I didn’t eat until 8:30 last night). And no, my doctors don’t like it.

When I’m not at work, I drink coffee with (if I have some handy), heavy cream and brown sugar. If I’m at work, I drink it black to feed the necessary psychopathy.
